James takes up the story: “Naturally we took the opportunity to investigate what other products were on the market, and we found that there were very few companies who could provide end-to-end integration from the front to the back office. This was absolutely essential for us and we found that Voyager Mid-Office was the superior product, providing the high level of integration that we require.” “That said, we did experience some early implementation issues with Mid-Office, but then again this didn’t come as a surprise because we were one of the first companies to use the software. What we did find was that Voyager support was always very good. They’re approachable and friendly, and their knowledge of the product is excellent. I really cannot fault their support in any way whatsoever.”
“We’ve been able to make savings because Mid-Office has provided us with a number of very tangible benefits: keying-in timesheets is much faster than it used to be; our sales and invoicing processing is now much slicker because they’re so simple to generate and it’s very easy to post the detail to the relevant ledgers; our payroll processing is much quicker; and also traceability has proved to be excellent – when we get a problem it’s normally easy to find the cause and solve it quickly, that’s a major plus point in our business.” James and his colleagues have also found Voyager Mid-Office’s reporting capabilities to be very useful: “the Client Summaries and the Placement by Consultant reports in particular, have proved to be very valuable for supervisory and reviewing purposes.” James concluded: “We’re very pleased with our choice of Voyager software. The end-to-end integration is very impressive and to the best of our knowledge there is no other company who can provide this level of functionality.
